The IT infrastructure supported $5M in monthly premium revenue, processed 215,000 transactions, generated 35,000 outbound bills, and prepared 7,200 pieces of outbound correspondence monthly. Utilized Agile techniques and applied Lean Six Sigma methodology. Consistently delivered projects by deadline and within budget. Directed development team in evaluating, selecting and integrating COTS software to meet requirements of the Patriot Act. Led initiative in collaboration with Compliance Department. Defined and implemented solution to validate names and transactions of customers screening for targeted Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) in the database of customers requiring continuous screenings.
